| المستخلص: | يعنى البحث بدراسة مقومات الدولة القوية من خلال قصة ذي القرنين، وقد سبق الحديث عن هذه المقومات التعريف بذي القرنين باختصار، واستخراج حكم ورود الإجمال في قصته. \nثم شرعت الدراسة في تفصيل ما تم استخراجه واستنتاجه من مقومات لها شأنها في بناء دولة قوية متينة محافظة على هيبتها في أعلى مستوياتها. \nواعتمدت الدراسة تقسيم مقومات الدولة القوية إلى مقومات تشريعية، ومقومات شخصية، ومقومات سببية، سواء كانت وهبية أم كسبية، ولا علاقة لترتيب المقومات الذي سارت عليه الدراسة بالترتيب التدريجي لقيام دولة قوية. The research deals with the study of the elements of the strong state through the story of Dhul-Qarnayn, and we have already talked about these elements including a short introduction of Dhul-Qarnayn, and extracting the ruling of consensus in his story. \nThe study then proceeded in detailing what was extracted and deducted and its conclusion from the important elements in building a strong state that maintains its prestige at its highest level. \nThe study adopted the division of the elements of a strong state into legislative, personal and causative elements, whether they be gifted or gained, and there is no relation to the ranking of the constituents on which the study proceeded in the gradual order to establish a strong state. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
