| المستخلص: | Human being is considered the main focus of the Holy Quran, as he is the one who is addressed by its text, as well as the one who is meant by achieving the vicegerency of Allah in the earth by using its resources and implementing justice on it through being productive and just in distribution. As a way of confirming this fact, the Holy Quran has stroke examples and told us stories in order to clarify and embody it in real life examples. One of those examples is the story of Dhu Al-Qarnain who was able to hire a jobless manpower to establish a civilizational economic project that matches the material resources and the human potentials, and as a result of the combination of these two complementary powers; he could achieve stability and security for powerless people. يمثل الإنسان في القرآن الكريم، المحور الأساس، فهو المخاطب بهذا البلاغ وإليه عُهد الأمر بالاستخلاف في الأرض وعمارتها وإقامة العدل فيها بحسن الإنتاج وعدالة التويع، تأكيداً لهذه الحقيقة فقد ضرب القرآن الكريم أمثلة وقص علينا قصصاً لبيانها وتجسيدها في نماذج، منها قصة ذي القرنين، الذي استطاع أن يوظف قوى بشرية عاطلة في إقامة مشروع حضاري اقتصادي بالتلاؤم بين الإمكانات المادية والطاقات البشرية، فحقق بالتكامل بين القوتين الاستقرار والأمن لقوم مستضعفين في الأرض. |
