| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة واقع البيئة التربوية في رياض الأطفال في الأردن مقارنة بمعايير الجودة ومعوقات تطبيقها من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤالين الآتيين: ما واقع البيئة التربوية في رياض الأطفال في الأردن مقارنة بمعايير الجودة من وجهة نظر المعلمات في رياض الأطفال؟ وما هي أبرز معوقات تطبيق جودة البيئة التربوية في رياض الأطفال في الأردن من وجهة نظر المعلمات؟ قام الباحث بتطبيق استبانة على (145) معلمة من العاملات في (56) روضة من رياض الأطفال في مدينة عمان، وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن البيئة التربوية من حيث عناصرها متوافرة إلى حد كبير في رياض الأطفال، وأن هناك بعض العناصر موجود بصورة قليلة، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود معوقات عديـدة تؤثر على تفعيل مفاهيم الجودة عند المعلمات، وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بمعلمات رياض الأطفال وتدريبهن، وزيادة الإشراف على تلك الرياض، وإيجاد ثقافة الجودة. This study aimed to examine the reality of the educational environment in kindergartens in Jordan compared to quality standards and constraints applied from the viewpoint of the parameters, and may study tried to answer the following two questions : What is the reality of the educational environment in kindergartens in Jordan compared to quality standards from the standpoint of teachers in kindergarten children? And what are the main obstacles to the application of the quality of the educational environment in kindergartens in Jordan from the viewpoint of the parameters? The researcher to identify the application to ( 145 ) parameter of the workers (56) kindergartens in the city of Amman, study has shown that the educational environment in terms of the elements available to a large extent in kindergarten, and that there are some elements exist in a few , as the study showed the presence of numerous constraints affecting the activation of the concepts of quality when the parameters , and may researcher recommended that parameters of interest kindergartens and trained , and increase supervision of those Riyadh , and create a culture of quality. |
