| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لخطة تحسين الجودة في رياض الأطفال بسورية في ضوء خبرة مصر وأستراليا، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث على أسلوب بيريداي في المقارنة، وأجرى وفق الخطوات الآتية، وهي: وصف واقع الجودة في سورية وتحليله، ثم وصف خبرات ناجحة وتحليلها لخطة تحسين الجودة في مصر وأستراليا، ثم المناظرة بين دولتي المقارنة لتحديد نقاط التشابه والاختلاف، بعد ذلك خطوة المقارنة التي تضمنت تحليل نقاط التشابه والاختلاف وتفسيرها بين دولتي المقارنة. بعد ذلك وضعت ملامح التصور المقترح في ضوء خبرة دولتي المقارنة مع الأخذ بالحسبان إمكانيات سورية ومشكلات تحسين الجودة فيها. وقد تمثلت أبرز ملامح التصور المقترح متضمنة الرؤية، والأهداف، وخطوات تنفيذ الخطة، وانتهاء بتقويم الخطة. This research aims at putting a suggested vision for the plan of improving quality of kindergartens in Syrian in the light of experiences of some countries. To achieve this aim the research depended Bereday method in comparison according to the following steps: description and analysis of the status of quality in Syria, description and analysis of successful experiences for the plan of improving quality in Egypt and Australia, then comparing between the two countries to identify the similarities and differences followed by the step of comparison which included the analysis and explanation of the similarities and differences between the two compared countries, then, the features of the suggested vision were put in the light of the two compared countries taking in to consideration Syrian abilities and the problems of improving quality. The features of the suggested vision included the vision aims, steps of implementing the steps and ended with the evaluation of the plan.. |
