| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم مدى نجاح استراتيجية تطوير الصناعات الزراعية الغذائية المعتمدة في الجزائر منذ سنة 2010 في الارتقاء بتنافسية الفرع ومساهمته في الاقتصاد الجزائري، لاسيما التشغيل وفي الناتج المحلي وخلق القيمة المضافة والارتقاء بالقدرات التصديرية خارج قطاع المحروقات، ومساهمتها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وضمان استدامته. بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على أهم الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة في إطار النموذج الاقتصادي الجديد للنمو 2016-2030 الرامي إلى تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري ومصادر دخله والذي يعتبر فرع الصناعات الزراعية الغذائية من أهم فروع الإنتاج الصناعي القادرة على إحداث التغيير النوعي والكمي في الاقتصاد الجزائري. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود العديد من المعوقات التي حالت دون نجاح الاستراتيجية الوطنية المعتمدة لتطوير مؤسسات الفرع وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة لها، وهو ما يستدعي إعادة النظر في هذه المعوقات والعمل بكل جدية على إيجاد حلول حقيقية لها في إطار النموذج الاقتصادي الجديد للنمو، لجعل مؤسسات الفرع قادرة على المساهمة بفعالية في الاقتصاد الوطني. This research aims to assess the success extent of the agricultural agro-industrial development strategy adopted in Algeria since 2010 in enhancing the competitiveness of the branch and its contribution to the Algerian economy, especially in employment and Gross Domestic Product (GDP), creating surplus value and upgrading export capacities outside the hydrocarbons sector and its contribution to achieving food security and its sustainability. In addition, this research tried to identify the most important strategies adopted in the framework of the new economic model of growth 2016-2030 aiming to diversify the Algerian economy and sources of income, which is the branch of agro-industries is one of the most important branches of industrial production capable of making qualitative and quantitative change in the Algerian economy. The study concluded that there are many obstacles that prevented the success of the national strategy adopted to develop the branch's institutions and achieve its determined objectives, which necessitates reconsidering these obstacles and working hard to find real solutions within the framework of the new economic model of growth in order to make the branches of institutions contribute effectively to the national economy.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
