| المستخلص: | تعتبر القيادة الإبداعية هي إحدى الخصائص الرئيسية التي يمكن بواسطتها التمييز بين الجامعات الخاصة بعضها ببعض والجامعات الحكومية بعضها ببعض والجامعات الخاصة والحكومية فليس من السهل أن توفر الأفراد الذين لديهم الرغبة في قبول أعباء الأدوار القيادية الهامة وتكون لديهم القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف بطريقة فعالة ويرجع السبب في ذلك إلي أن القيادة هي نتيجة مزيج من الموهبة والتعلم والتعليم والإعداد الهادف الذي يصقل من خلال التجربة والممارسة الفعلية، وبالتالي فإن الجامعة العمالية حاليا في أمس الحاجة إلى أفراد مدربين لديهم القدرة الإبداعية والرغبة في تحمل المسئولية والمبادرة وهذه الأمور لا تتوفر بسهولة في مجال الوظيفة العامة ولكن هذا أمر ضروري أن تتوافر في إدارة الجامعة العمالية ذلك لأن توافر القائد الإداري المبدع يعتبر بمثابة القدوة في العملية التعليمية وبالتالي يحقق الهدف ويأتي بالنتائج المرجوة، ذلك الأمر الذي يستوجب وجود إدارة إبداعية قوية قادرة علي استكشاف الإيجابيات واستغلالها في صالحها والتقليل من المخاطر بمهارة إدارية وإعداد الاستراتيجيات المناسبة، ويهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على القيادة الإبداعية وتحديد مدى إمكانية استخدامها بالجامعة العمالية وعلاقتها بإدارة الأزمات والإدارة بالأهداف وذلك من أجل تحقيق مزايا جودة الخدمة التعليمية للطلاب الذين يدرسون بالجامعة العمالية بمصر، هذا وقد تم اختيار الجامعة العمالية بمصر ذلك لأنها هي واحدة من الجامعات المتخصصة في مجالات التنمية التكنولوجية والعلاقات الصناعية والفندقية السياحية في مصر وتقدم تعليم فني تكنولوجي للطلاب الدارسين بها كما أنها الأكاديمية الوحيدة التي تمنح طلابها التدريب في المصانع عمليا، وقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج البحث من خلال قياس مدي إمكانية استخدام القيادة الإبداعية وعلاقتها بإدارة الأزمات والإدارة بالأهداف بالجامعة العمالية باستخدام معامل بيرسون وقد أثبتت نتائج التحليل قبول فروض البحث وقد اختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات التي تسهم في الارتقاء بالخدمة التعليمية بالجامعة العمالية بمصر نحو التميز والمنافسة.
