| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معوقات التشارك المعرفي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك، وسبل التغلب عليها ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة تبوك، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية تكونت من (300) عضو هيئة تدريس مثلوا الجامعة، وتوصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج، لعل أبرزها: وجود معوقات للتشارك المعرفي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة تبوك بدرجة كبيرة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لجميع عبارات المحور الأول بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.7649) وانحراف معياري (0.5020)، مما يدل على ضعف ممارسة التشارك المعرفي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة وجاء ترتيب معوقات التشارك المعرفي بجامعة تبوك وفقا لدرجة الموافقة تنازليا كما يلي: المعوقات المادية يليها المعوقات التنظيمية ثم الشخصية، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد العينة حول معوقات التشارك المعرفي في جامعة تبوك وسبل التغلب عليها تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، الجنسية، الدرجة العلمية، نوع الكلية) وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات، ومن أبرزها: الحد من معوقات التشارك المعرفي في جامعة تبوك وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الإجراءات. This present study aimed to identify The Impediments of Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staff of Tabuk University and the Methods of overcoming it. In order to achieve the objective of this study, the researcher used the analytic descriptive mythology through designing a questionnaire for this purpose. The population study consisted of the academic staff at Tabuk University. A random sample of 300 members has been chosen. The study concluded some findings such as: there are Impediments of Knowledge Sharing for the Academic Staff of Tabuk University with arithmetic average of (3, 7649) and a standard deviation of (0, 5020) and this indicates the weakness of the practice of Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staff of Tabuk University. The order of The Impediments of Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staff of Tabuk University according to the level of agreement as follows: the materialistic impediments, the organizational impediments then the personal impediments. The findings revealed that there are no significant statistical differences between the averages of the members of the sample responses regarding The Impediments of Knowledge Sharing for the Academic Staff of Tabuk University and the methods to overcome it due to the study variables (gender- nationality- scientific degree- type of faculty). The study recommended important recommendations such as: Reducing the impediments of knowledge sharing at Tabuk University through some procedures. |
