| المستخلص: | تتناول هذه الدراسة الأداء التربوي والوظيفي أسمي ما عرف به الكائن البشري منذ العصر القديم (3200 ق. م)، والذي يشكل بداية ما يسمى بالمرحلة التاريخية، حيث تمكن من تكريس حقائق ذكائه عبر إنجازات ضخمة أظهر فيها باستمرار وبتدرج قدرات حركية، معرفية ووجدانية أنتجت كفاءات لا تحصى في ممارسة آلاف الوظائف ومتابعة كل مجالات التربية والتعليم والتكوين المهني؛ هذه المجالات التي رشحته إلى الارتقاء في مستويات أداءه إلى حد الإتقان، ذلك من خلال التطور الثقافي الحاصل، الهدف من المقال هو إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم الأداء التربوي والوظيفي ومناقشة الأسس الثقافية التي أثمرته.
