| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن جدلية العلاقة بين الحرية والمساواة في فكر رونالد دوركين السياسي. تناول البحث ثلاث محاور منها. أشار المحور الأول إلى ازدواجية الحرية والمساواة عند دور كين. واستعرض المحور الثاني المساواة في الموارد وعلاقتها بالحرية. وأوضح المحور الثالث الديمقراطية والحقوق الفردية.\nوأسفرت نتائج البحث أن دوركين استطاع أن يوفق بين الحرية والمساواة من خلال الرؤية التي قدمها فاستندت رؤيته على ركيزة أساسية هي التأكيد على مبدأي الكرامة الإنسانية، وهما الاهتمام المتساوي بكل أفراد المجتمع، والمسئولية الشخصية عن نوع الحياة التي يرغب في أن يحياها كل فرد، واستطاع دوركين أن يقدم رؤية متماسكة متسقة فيما بينها حول التوفيق بين الحرية والمساواة وحول الكيفية التي سيتم بها هذا التوفيق والضوابط التي يجب أن يتم الالتزام بها لضمان هذا التوفيق. \nوأكد البحث أن المساواة في الموارد تتحقق عندما يتم توزيع الموارد المادية على كل أفراد المجتمع بشكل متساوي وأن كل فرد سوف يختار من هذه الموارد ما يراه ملائما لتحقيق أهدافه وطموحاته. كما توصل البحث أن دوركين صار على نهج رولز مع اختلاف التفاصيل حيث رأوا أن العدالة لن تتحقق في العالم الذي نحيا فيه فلم يقدم دوركين حلول فعلية يمكن أن نستفيد بها في واقعنا الذي لا تتحقق فيه العدالة.\n \tوأوصى البحث بضرورة إصلاح الواقع من خلال تقديم المشكلات والأزمات بوجهها الحقيقي والبحث عن وسائل فعلية من داخل الواقع نفسه لحل هذه الأزمات والمشكلات.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The research aimed to clarify the dialectic relationship between freedom and equality in Ronald Dworkin's political thought. The research included three topics. The first topic dealt with the duplication of freedom and equality according to Dworkin. The second topic dealt with the equality of resources and their relationship to the freedom. The third topic dealt with the democracy and individual rights.\n The results of the research referred that Dworkin was able to reconcile freedom and equality through the provided vision. It is based on fundamental pillars of emphasizing the two principle of human dignity, namely the equal attention to all members of society, and the personal responsibility for the kind of life that can be enjoyed by everyone. Dworkin was able to provide a consistent coherent vision of how freedom and equality are reconciled, how this will be applied and what are the controls that must be adhered to ensure this success. \nThe research highlighted that the equal resources are achieved when material resources are distributed equally to all members of society, each individual will select from these resources, as he deems appropriate to achieve his goals and ambitions. The research also found that Dworkin took Rolls' approach with different details, as they saw that justice would not be achieved in the world in which we live, Dworkin did not present effective solutions that we can use in our reality where justice is not achieved.\nThe research recommended the need to reform the reality by presenting problems and crises in their real feature and searching for effective means from the reality to solve them.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
