| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الى الكشف عن تأثير برنامج تعليمي باستخدام استراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي على مستوى التحصيل المعرفي ومستوى أداء المهارات المنهجية في رياضة الجمباز لتلميذات المرحلة الإعدادية. واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث 40 تلميذة من تلميذات الصف الثالث الإعدادي بمدرسة النهضة بأسيوط الجديدة أداة الفتح التعليمية بمحافظة أسيوط. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار التحصيل المعرفي في الجمباز. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على ان استخدام استراتيجية التساؤل كان أكثر فاعلية من الطريقة التقليدية (أسلوب الأمر) على تحسن أداء الطالبات في المهارات المنهجية. وتوصلت النتائج الى ان البرنامج التعليمي المقترح أدي الى تحسين مستوى الأداء المهاري للمجموعة التجريبية. وأوصى البحث بالاهتمام بتطبيق البرنامج المقترح باستخدام استراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي في تعليم مهارات الجمباز المنهجية لتلافي أخطاء الأداء الفني. وضرورة الاهتمام بالجانب المعرفي للمتعلمات وإعداد مقاييس معرفية في الجمباز. والاهتمام بإعداد البرامج التعليمية التي تتميز بالشمولية والمبنية على أسس وأساليب علمية وتطبيقها على الطالبات. والاهتمام بتدريب المعلمات والمدربات والطالبات على استخدام استراتيجية التساؤل الذاتي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research was to uncover the effect of an educational program using the strategy of the self-questioning on the level of the cognitive achievement and the level of performance of the methodological skills in gymnastics for the middle school girls. The research used the experimental method. The research group consisted of 40 female students from the third grade preparatory school Al - Nahda School in New Assiut, El Fath Educational Administration, Assiut Governorate. The research tools were to test the cognitive achievement in the gymnastics. The results of the study confirmed that the use of the query strategy was more effective than the traditional method (the method of command) on the improvement of the performance of the female students in the methodological skills. The results show that the proposed educational program has improved the skill level of the experimental group. The research recommended the application of the proposed program using the strategy of the self-questioning in teaching the methodological gymnastics skills to avoid the errors of the technical performance, the need to pay attention to the cognitive aspect of the learners and the preparation of the cognitive standards in gymnastics and attention to the preparation of the educational programs that are characterized by the comprehensive and built on the basis of scientific methods and applied to the students and the interest in training the teachers, trainers and students to use the strategy of the self-questioning.
