| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم تعليم الكبار من حيث الأبعاد التربوية والتنموية. واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتناولت الدراسة تعريف المشاركة المجتمعية. وأهمية المشاركة المجتمعية ودوافعها. وتعريف تعليم الكبار. كما ركزت الدراسة على دور المشاركة المجتمعية ومعوقاتها التي تقف في طريق التطوير المستمر لتعليم الكبار بالمجتمع. وتطرقت الدراسة إلى نتائج مؤتمر منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والثقافة والعلوم اليونسكو في 1949 وأثرها على تطوير تعليم الكبار. والدور المأمول من المشاركة المجتمعية في تعليم الكبار ومحو الأمية. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك حاجة في المجتمع المصري بصفة خاصة والدول العربية بصفة عامة إلى مشاركة هذه المنظمات جميعا في المساهمة لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في التعليم والصحة والبيئة والإسكان في كل مجالات الحياة. كما يتضح أيضا الارتباط الوثيق بين المشاركة وما تتطلبه من سيادة مناخ ديمقراطي. ولا ينبغي أن يقتصر الأمر علي المشاركة في ممارسة الحياة السياسية فحسب ولكن المشاركة تكون في صنع القرارات في نطاق الأسرة والمدرسة والجامعة والعمل وغيرها من المجالات الاجتماعية التي تلعب دورا حاسما في تشكيل اتجاهات الأفراد نحو النظام السياسي والعملية السياسية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \nThe study aimed to clarify the concept of adult education in terms of educational and developmental dimensions. The study relied on the descriptive approach. The study addressed the definition of community participation, its importance and motivation. Also, the definition of adult education. The study also focused on the role of community participation and obstacles that stand in the way of continuous development of adult education in society. The study examined the results of the UNESCO Conference in 1949 and its impact on the development of adult education. The desired role of community participation in adult education and literacy. The results indicated that there is a need in Egyptian society in particular and Arab countries in general for all these organizations participation in contributing to the comprehensive development in education, health, environment and housing in all fields of life. The close link between participation and the democratic sovereignty was cleared. The matter should not be limited only to participation in the exercise of political life, but be involved in decision-making in the family, school, university, work and other social areas that play a crucial role in shaping individuals' attitudes towards the political system and the political process scale.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
