| المستخلص: | This paper will discuss the main strategies and their impact on economic Services of the Saudi Arabia, The main objective of this research was to development E-Government Services Quality (EGSQ) in Saudi Arabia consistent with 2030 vision. This study is based on data collected in the first place of e-government surveys (2005-2016) conducted by the United Nations. Researcher collects data from these surveys and comparing trend analysis for Saudi Arabia with other best performing Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) (Bahrain. United Arab Emirates and Kuwait) for EGSQ is composite measurement of three sub-indices: Online Service Index (OSI), Telecomm Infrastructure Index (TII) and Human Capital Index (HCI) to efforts taken for implementation and the consciences been made to fulfil the Strategies and Vision 2030 Initiative. The conclusion analysis for the Saudi Arabia for human capital index scores of Saudi Arabia he has emerged as the leader with a value of 0.7995 and Saudi Arabia have shown progress through the transfer of more than the value of the positive trend. |
