المستخلص:This study aims to shed light on the role of e-services as a new pattern to improve the quality of public services provided to citizens, owners of companies, and to realize the importance of the success of e-government implementation projects in the development of government e-services provided. Most importantly, states that have developed their government E-services, have had a great efforts and that have a positive impact on the improvement of public services provided to citizens and the ease of doing business by owners of companies, unlike Algeria which still ranks late in this field.
