| المستخلص: | تكتسي دراسة الموضوع أهمية بالغة كون أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر يعتبر من أهم مظاهر العولمة التي تتميز بزيادة التبادلات التجارية الدولية و تشابك العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية في ظل التكامل الإقليمي الدولي الذي يميز الزمن الحاضر .و بالنسبة للجزائر فانتهاجها لسياسة الانفتاح على الخارج ألزم عليها التوجه نحو هذا المورد الحيوي لتمويل التنمية، إلا أنه تركز بشكل خاص في قطاع المحروقات، وسعت الدولة الجزائرية إلى انتهاج برامج إنفاقيه (2014-2001) في إطار السياسة الانفاقية (التنموية)، مستغلة الارتفاع في أسعار الموارد الطاقوية ، ولكن تلك البرامج كانت مرفوقة بوضع آليات مكافحة الفساد هدف خلق مناخ استثماري جاذب. مما أحالنا إلى تحديد مكانة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في هذا الإطار. The study of the subject is very important because direct foreign investment is one of the major signs of globalization that is characterized by the increase of international commercial exchanges and the interaction of international economic relations in light of the international regional integration that characterizes the present time. As for Algeria, following the policy of openness to the outside, forced it to direct to this vital resource for financing development. However, it particularly focused on the hydrocarbons sector. The Algerian state has endeavored to pursue its expenditure programs (2001-2014) within the framework of the expenditure policy (developmental), taking advantage of the rise in the prices of energy resources, but these programs were accompanied by the development of anti-corruption mechanisms in order to create an attractive investment climate which led us to determine the status of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in this framework. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
