| المستخلص: | Afin de soutenir les PME/PMI dans leurs efforts de modernisation et de compétitivité, Les pouvoirs publics ont mis en place une stratégie d’accompagnement à travers les différents programmes d’appui piloté par le ministère de l’Industrie et des Mines en collaboration avec la Commission Européenne tel le programme Euro Développement PME. Ce travail a été mené afin de contribuer à apporter des éclairages sur l’un des programmes de mise à niveau menés en Algérie. Le but est de découvrir la situation réelle de l’une des PME familiale en Algérie. Dans cette étude, nous avons adopté une démarche qualitative sur le mode de management souvent intuitive des dirigeants l’entreprise. Cette étude a permis de faire un état des lieux et un diagnostic stratégique de l’entreprise familiale ciblée et tente de mettre la lumière sur les freins à la l’atteinte des objectifs globaux des opérations de mise à niveau et une capitalisation d’expérience. Public authorities have set up a support strategy through the various support programs led by the Ministry of Industry and Mines in collaboration with the European Commission such as the Euro Development program (SME). This work was conducted to help shed light on one of the upgrade programs in Algeria. The goal is to discover the real situation of one of the SMEs family in Algeria. In this study, we have adopted a qualitative approach to the management's intuitive style.
