| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة معرفة مدى أهمية تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تطبيق نظام الحوكمة، مع محاولة إسقاط هذه المفاهيم على حالة الجزائر، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق نظام حوكمة المؤسسات يساعد علي تحقيق العديد من الأهداف التي قد تساهم في تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالرفع من أداءها وزيادة تنافسيتها، وذلك عبر تدعيم عنصر الشفافية وتطوير إدارة المؤسسة وتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وضمان التعامل بطريقة عادلة بالنسبة للمساهمين والعاملين والدائنين أو الأطراف الأخرى ذات المصالح، كما تم التوصل إلى أن تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من تأهيل إداري، مالي ومحاسبي، تسويقي وحتى المحيط الخارجي للمؤسسة يهيئ الطريق للاستفادة من تطبيق الحوكمة في المؤسسة. The study aims to find out how important the qualification of SMEs is in the implementation of the governance system while trying to bring these concepts to the case of Algeria. The study found that the implementation of the corporate governance system helps to achieve many objectives that may contribute to the development of SMEs by raising their performance and increasing their competitiveness, by strengthening transparency, developing the organization's management, promoting social responsibility, ensuring fair treatment for shareholders, employees, creditors or other interested parties. It was also concluded that the qualification of SMEs, from administrative, financial, accounting, marketing, and even the external environment of the enterprise, provides a way to benefit from the application of governance in the enterprise.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
