| المستخلص: | تميز الإمام عليه السلام في نظرته إلى البيئة بانها نظرة يغلب عليها الطابع الديني وانه عليه السلام قد وضع بين يدي الإنسان مفاتيح العلوم المختلفة وبالخصوص في موردنا هذا فقد تطرق إلى ذكر الماء والهواء والتربة والجبال والحيوان وغيرها التي تمثل بمجموعها علم البيئة. فقد قمنا بتعريف البيئة لغة واصطلاحا ومن بين التعاريف التي وقع نظرنا عليها أن البيئة هي المحيط المادي الذي يعيش فيه الإنسان بما يشمل من ماء وهواء وفضاء وتربة، وكائنات حية، ومنشأت إقامها لإشباع حاجاته، وان البيئة هي دراسة علاقة الكائنات الحية بالوسط الذي تعيش فيه وطبيعة معيشتها وطرق تغذيتها وتواجدها وأشكالها إلى جنب دراسة العوامل الأخرى التي تؤثر على وجود الكائنات الحية، كالماء والهواء والتربة والمناخ... وغيرها. وتحدثنا في ثلاث مباحث الأول تطرقنا فيه إلى عناصر البيئة من الجبال والعلاقة بين القران وأقوال الإمام علي عليه السلام ، في الجبال والبحار والأنهار والهواء والرياح، وفي المبحث الثاني تناول الإمام عليه السلام تفصيلات كثيرة ، فقد وصف النملة وصف دقيق ولم يكتف بالوصف الظاهر وإنما ذهب إلى أجزائها فعرفها ثم لم ينقطع عن وصفها بل ذكر حالاتها وسبلها ومعيشتها ثم أشار إلى ما تعجز عنه لحظات العيون مما في داخلها ، ووصف الخفاش والطاووس فكل شيء ذكره الإمام عليه السلام في هذه المخلوقات هو بيان لما جاء في النصوص، والمعاني لكتاب الله ، ومن أقواله عليه السلام نلاحظ العلاقة واضحة وناطقة عن مما جاء بكتاب الله تعالى. وفي المبحث الثالث... تحدثا عن المحافظة على البيئة ورعاية حقوقها فنجد العلاقة الثلاثية للقران والرسول (صلى الله عليه وآلة) والإمام علي عليه السلام فالقران يصدح بكثير من الآيات التي تحفظ الحقوق وترعى الإنسان كما في الآية المباركة ((وإن أحد من المشركين استجارك فأجره..)) التوبة: ٦. ونهى الرسول (صلى الله عليه وآلة) أي لا يلقى سم في بلاد المشركين وان أمير المؤمنين ع قد علم اتباعه على رعاية حقوق الآخرين مهما كان جنسهم وهيئتهم التي فطروا عليها فقال (وانا أبرأ إليكم والى ذمتكم من معرة الجيش...) وانه عليه السلام قضى فيمن قتل دابة عبثا أو قطع شجرا أو أفسد زرعا أو هدم بيتا ..كما وضع الإمام عليه السلام قواعد وقوانين ملزمة للحد من الانتهاكات البيئية ورعاية حقوقها. We define the environment in the language and terminology and among this definitions which we look upon the environment is the physical environment in which man lives, including water, air and space and soil, and living organisms, and Facilities was brought by to satisfy his needs, and the environment is to study the relationship of organisms with the medium in which they live and the nature of their living and ways of feeding and presence and forms by side the studies of other factors that affect the presence of living organisms, such as water, air, soil and climate ... and others. We talked in the three researches, in the first talked about the elements of the environment of the mountains and the relationship between the Koran and the sayings of Imam Ali, in the mountains, seas and rivers and the air and the wind. And in the second the imam dealt with many details, he described ant accurate description and he not only described the apparent, but he went to their parts and indicated them, then he has not stopped all describing it, he also mentioned its cases, paths and their living, then pointed to what the eye cannot see inside the ant. He also described the bat and peacock and everything the imam mentioned in these creatures is an explain for the texts and the meanings of the book of Allah, and of his words peace upon him we note a clear relationship about what was in the book of God Almighty. In the third research ... We talked about the protection of the environment and care for their rights, we find the triple relationship of the Koran and the Prophet and Imam Ali. The Koran shows in much of the verses that protect rights and care human, as in the blessed verse ((And if anyone of the idolaters seeks your protection then grant him protection…)) (Tawba 6) The Prophet forbade (Allah bless him and his family) that does no poison is thrown in the land of the infidels and imam Ali peace upon him governed to who kill an animal or cut trees or .... and put all the rules of care of the environment. |
