| المستخلص: | تعد الهجرة من اقدم الظاهرات الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية التي رافقت المجتمع البشري، ولكن هجرة الأطفال القاصرين هجرة جديدة لم نكن نعرف هجرة بهذا الاسم قبل التسعينيات لذا فان ظاهرة بهذا النوعية ولهذا الفئة الصغيرة من السكان تشكل خطورة كبيرة على المجتمعات البشرية سواء للدول الجاذبة لهذه الفئة أو الطاردة لها ،لا بل من اكثر الظواهر السكانية الأخرى حاجة إلى البحث والتحليل والتقصي الغاية منها، الوصول إلى معرفة الأسباب وخصائص هذا النوع من الحركة السكانية اذا ما علمنا أن هذه الفئة المرية التي لا تتجاوز (13-14) هي في الأصل فئة معالة من قبل الآخرين، اذا ما هي اهم أسباب هذه الحركة وما دوافعها وما هي الطرق التي يمكن من خلالها معالجة هذه الظاهرة سواء في منطقة الأصل أو في منطقة الوصول اذا ما علمنا أن هذه الفئة العمرية تجد نفسها تحت رحمة مجتمعات الهجرة التي لا ترحم، حيث تم استغلال البعض منهم أو جلهم في عدة قضايا كالجريمة والمخدرات أو أصحاب السوابق أو غيرها. انطلاقا من أهمية البحث في هذا المجال جاء بحثنا بالمشكلة التالية التي مفادها (هل هجرة الأطفال القاصرين تشكل مشكلة سكانية تواجه الدول الأصل والوصول وهل بالإمكان معالجة هذه المشكلة التي هي انعكاس لجملة من العوامل التي كانت سببا في حدوثها). أما فرضية البحث التي جاءت جوابا لهذا الأسئلة تؤكد بان هجرة الأطفال القاصرين شكلت وتشكل مشكلة سكانية وبالإمكان معالجتها لكونها انعكاس لجملة من العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية. أما حدوث البحث فقد تمثلت بحدود دول العالم التي لا تخلو أكثرها من وجود هذه الظاهرة فيها وطريقة حدوثها تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى فهي في الوقت التي تشكل هجرة خارجية واضحة في البعض من الدول فإنها تشكل هجرة داخلية تتمثل بانتقال الأطفال من منطقه إلى أخرى في داخل البعض الأخر منها. أما عن أهمية البحث أن هجرة الأطفال الذي أذهل الباحثين والمهتمين بحقوق الطفل للبحث فيها وانطلاقا من أهمية هذا المجال فقد تصدى الباحث إلى هذه الحالة أملا أن تكون البداية للبحث فيها والعمل على وضع الحلول المناسبة لها كي مساهمة من المساهمات الفعلية في هذا المجال السكاني المهم.
