| المستخلص: | الهدف من هذا البحث هو فهم واستيعاب من خلال فتح تحقيق لعينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية، ممارسات الموارد البشرية وإبراز أهميتها ومساهمتها في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الجزائرية. في المقام الأول، تناول هذا البحث، الصلة والعلاقة الموجودة بين هذه الممارسات وتحسين الأداء التنظيمي. في المقام الثاني، عرض نتائج دراسة ميدانية في السياق الجزائري وبالتحديد في ولاية تيزي وزو. This research aims to understand and take into consideration the practices of human resources by opening an investigation into a number of Algerian institutions highlighting their importance and contribution to the improvement of the performance of Algerian institutions. Firstly, this research paper discusses the link and relation found between these practices and the improvement of the organizational performance.
