| المستخلص: | The ambition of this paper lies mainly in determining the role that business creation can play in local development through a practical illustration of the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. The purpose of this study is also to determine the important factors that explain the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises in this study area and the obstacles to local development. The results of this research reveal that the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou presents itself with great dynamism in terms of the creation of SMEs by its ranking of the first ranks in Algeria. The strengthening of entrepreneurship is thus an essential element for the production of wealth and the development of local resources. Also, many areas of public action can influence the contribution to industrialization and the performance of companies L’ambition de ce papier réside principalement dans la détermination de rôle que peut jouer la création des entreprises dans le développement local à travers une illustration pratique sur la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou. Le but de cette étude consiste aussi dans la détermination des facteurs importants qui expliquent la création des petites et moyennes entreprises dans cette zone d’étude et les entraves du développement local. Les résultats de cette recherche révèlent que la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou se présente avec un très grand dynamisme en matière de création des PME par son classement des premiers rangs en Algérie. Le renforcement de l’entrepreneuriat constitue ainsi un élément indispensable pour la production de la richesse et la valorisation des ressources locales. Aussi, de nombreux domaines de l’action publique peuvent influer sur la contribution à l’industrialisation et la performance des entreprises. |
