| المستخلص: | Le présent article évoque la question des « nouveaux acteurs des relations internationales » et notamment dans le domaine de la résolution des conflits.\nEn effet, la résolution des conflits connait aujourd'hui des évolutions profondes provoquées par l'émergence de nouveaux conflits non-étatiques, à base ethnique et religieuse, et par la montée en puissance des organisations non-gouvernementales. Le rôle des acteurs sociaux en matière de la résolution des conflits est, désormais, au coeur de toute réflexion portant sur cette nouvelle ère de conflictualité.\nL'article a pour objectif la mise en exergue de quelques contributions théoriques abordant l'implication de ces nouveaux acteurs dans le champ de la résolution des conflits.\n This article discusses the question of “new actors in international relations” in particular in the field of conflict resolution.\nIndeed, conflict resolution is currently experiencing profound changes caused by the emergence of new non-state conflicts, ethnic and religious, and by the rise of non-governmental organizations. The role of social actors in conflict resolution is now at the heart of any reflection on this new era of conflict.\nThe objective of the article is to highlight some theoretical contributions addressing the involvement of these new actors in the field of conflict resolution.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
