| المستخلص: | تعتبر القيمة من المفاهيم التي شهدت تطورا كبيرا عبر الزمن، حيث أضحت الآن من المفاهيم التي لا يمكن إغفالها عند دراسة السلوك البشري، وإن حديثنا عن شخصية الإنسان لا يجب أن يخلوا من دراسة القيم بكونها ذلك الإطار المرجعي الموجهة للسلوك ومحدد له في نفس الوقت، فالقيم هي جوهر كل ثقافة، وكل ثقافة تتأثر بمختلف التغييرات المجتمعية والعالمية خاصة بكوننا الآن تعيش في عالم بلا حدود وهذا ما يزيد من أهمية دراسة قيم كل مجتمع على حدا من الأجل الحفاظ على خصوصية كل مجتمع ومميزاته. ومن الضروري إلمام الأخصائي النفسي بمفهوم القيم ومشكلاتها خاصة مثل صراع القيم والمفارقة القيمية أو تناقضها وانعكاساها على التوافق الم خاصة والتكيف عامة، وذلك بالدراسة والتحليل من أجل القيام بمهمته على أكمل وجه، ومواكبه كل تغير في المجتمع الجزائري على وجه الخصوص مما يساعده بشكل كبير في تفعيل مهمته من خلال تدعيم معارفه السيكولوجية بما يخدم دوره داخل المجتمع الجزائري بكونه مجتمع عربي بحمل قيم نابعة من مرجعيته الدينية والوطنية. وسنحاول في هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على أهمية دراسة القيم من أجل تفعيل مهنة الأخصائي النفسي في الجزائر، من خلال الإلمام بمختلف الجوانب النظرية. Value is one of the concepts that has known great development over time, and has become now one of concepts that cannot be overlooked when studying human behavior. Talking about the human personality should not vacate the study of values being that reference frame oriented to behavior and specifying at the same time. Values are the essence of every culture which is affected by various social and international changes, especially we are living in a borderless world, and this is what increases the importance of studying the values of each society in order to preserve the specificity of each community and its features. It is necessary that psychologist master concept of values and its special problems such as the values conflict and value paradox or contradictory and its impact on the private psychological balance, through study and analysis in order to carry out its mission at the best way, and to keep up with every change in Algerian society, in particular, which assisted greatly in the activation of its mission through the strengthening of psychological knowledge with what serves the role within Algerian society being the Arabic community that holds values drawn from religious and national references. We will try in this presentation to shed light on the importance of value study in order to make psychologist profession in Algeria more effective, through the knowledge of various theoretical aspects. |
