| المستخلص: | L’objectif de cette étude c’est découvrir l’ensemble des maladies professionnelles chez les directeurs des lycées et ceux du C.E.M .et savoir comment l’âge et l’expérienc et le niveau éducatif influencent sur elles .Selon eux l’échantillon puis de 111 directeurs distribués dans O.E.B contient 50 résultats surs et certains ,crédibles .Ainsi ces maladies professionnelles qui touchent les directeurs étaient variée selon leur degret. Parmis les problèmes ou les symptômes qui font souffrir les directeurs : .Comme il ya une relation intime négative opposée de ces maladies professionnels entre chacun directeurs de lycée et du C.E.M. هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مجموعة الأمراض المهنية عند مدراء التعليم المتوسط والثانوي بولاية أم البواقي والتوافق المهني الناجمة عنها، ومعرفة أثر كل من السن، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، في تقديراتهم لمستوى تلك الأمراض، تكونت عينة الدراسة (111) مدير موزعين على ولاية أم البواقي تم إعداد أداة استبيان لقياس الأمراض المهنية والتوافق المهني عند مدراء التعليم المتوسط والثانوي تكونت من (50) فقرة استخرج لها صدق وثبات مقبولين وأظهرت النتائج؛ على أن الأمراض المهنية التي تواجه المدراء كانت بمستوى مرتفع على الأداة ككل، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الأمراض المهنية The study aimed to uncover the range of occupational diseases among principals of middle and secondary school education in the state of Oum el Bouaghi and the professional compatibility resulting from them and to find out the impact of age, experience, and educational qualifications in estimating their level of these diseases. The sample of the study consisted of (111) principals from the district of Oum el Bouaghi. A questionnaire tool was prepared for measuring occupational diseases and occupational compatibility among principals of middle and secondary school education. It consisted of 50 paragraphs which were found to be acceptable in their validity and consistency. The results showed that occupational diseases faced by managers were at a high level according to the tool as a whole, and there are significant differences in the level of occupational diseases.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
