| المستخلص: | The strategic dashboard is one of the most important tools that help the progress in the overall measurement of performance, monitoring the extent to which the organization achieves its strategic goals in the long term and improving its performance. In this study, we explain the inability of Algerian public institutions to use this tool in designing and monitoring the implementation of their strategic objectives.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تعد لوحة القيادة الاستراتيجية من أهم الأدوات التي تساعد المسير في القياس الشامل للأداء ومراقبة مدى تحقيق المؤسسة لأهدافها الإستراتجية على المدى الطويل وتحسين أداءها وفي هذه الدراسة نوضح عدم قدرة المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية في استخدام هذه الأداة في تصميم ومراقبة تنفيذ أهدافها الإستراتجية Le tableau de bord stratégique est parmi les outils les plus importants qui aident le gestionnaire dans la mesure globale de la performance, et le contrôle de l'entreprise à atteindre les objectifs stratégiques à long terme et d'améliorer ses performances, Dans cette étude, nous expliquons l'incapacité des entreprises publiques algériennes dans l'utilisation de cet outil dans la conception et la mise en oeuvre des objectifs stratégiques. |
