| 520 | |a تعتبر الأحياء السكنية الجماعية ثروة وطنية من الضروري الحفاظ عليها وصيانتها وهذا راجع إلى قيمتها الحضارية والوظيفية، لكن الملاحظ للمدينة الجزائرية يجد أن هذه الأحياء تعانى من عدة مشاكل عمرانية وبيئية وهو ما يتجلى في ظهور التدهور والتشوه داخل المحيط الحضري وهذا راجع إلى عدة عوامل منها التخطيطية والتسييرية، كما أن المستعمل للمجال الحضري له دور فعال في التأثير سواء بالسلب أو الإيجاب علي المحيط العمراني وبالتالي على الصورة الجمالية للمدن بصفة عامة، نتيجة للتدخلات العمرانية التي يقوم بها خارج الأطر القانونية والتسيرية للمجمعات السكنية الجماعية وكذا للسلوكات المنتهجة من طرفه علي المحيط العمراني. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تشخيص علاقة المستعمل للمجال الحضري بالتدهور الذي تعرفه الأحياء المكنية الجماعية على مستوى مدينة المسيلة من خلال طرح إشكالية هل للسكان علاقة في تدهور الأحياء السكنية الجماعية وما هي الأسباب والدوافع وراء التدخل على المجال العمراني من طرف المستعملين. | ||
