| المستخلص: | The current study deals with the tendencies of the primary education teachers towards the educational tests prevalent in the educational system. This study was conducted in some schools in Bou Saada, where the importance of this study derives from a fundamental pillar in the educational process. These are educational tests, which aim to measure and evaluate the abilities of learners as well as to assess the achievement of behavioural goals and the outcomes of learning.\nThe study found that professors have positive attitudes towards the use of educational tests in the educational process and that there is a need to generalize them to other aspects of the learner's personality such as the social, moral and aesthetic aspect. The study also found that there are no significant differences in teachers' attitudes due to the variables of gender, professional experience and language of teaching while differences were found in their attitudes towards the abolition of examination at the end of primary school stage.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 La présente étude vise a connaitre les attitudes des enseignants de la phase primaire envers l’utilisation des tests pédagogiques dans le système éducatif. Cette étude eu lien dans des écoles primaires a Boussaâda, elle tire son importance du rôle des tests pédagogique dans l’évaluation des capacités des élèves aussi bien de savoir les résultats de l’enseignement dans ces écoles. Cette étude a prouvé que les enseignants ont des attitudes positifs envers l’utilisation des tests pédagogiques a fin dévaluer les capacités cognitives des élèves. Elle a montré aussi l’inexistence des différentes statistiques significatives entre les enseignants attribuées aux genre du sexe, l’expérience professionnelle et la langue d’enseignement, avec l’existence des différences entre leurs attitudes envers l’annulation de l’examen du fin de cycle primaire. تتناول الدراسة الحالية اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو الاختبارات التربوية السائدة في المنظومة التعليمية، وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة ببعض مدارس مدينة بوسعادة، حيث تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من ركيزة أساسية في العملية التعليمية وهي الاختبارات التربوية، التي تهدف إلى قياس وقويم قدرات المتعلمين وكذا الوقوف من خلالها على مدى تحقق الأهداف السلوكية ونواتج التعلم.\nوقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلي أن للأساتذة اتجاهات إيجابية نحو استخدام الاختبارات التربوية في العملية التعليمية، وضرورة تعميمها على الجوانب الأخرى من شخصية المتعلم كالجانب الاجتماعي والأخلاقي والجمالي، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الأساتذة تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس والخبرة المهنية ولغة التدريس، في حين وجدت فروق في اتجاهاتهم نحو إلغاء امتحان نهاية مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي. |
