| المستخلص: | Cet article vise à souligner l'importance de la gestion de classe, à la lumière de l'approche humanitaire dans la réussite du processus d'enseignement - apprentissage, où la théorie et des études antérieures ont montré que le type humain offre une atmosphère adéquate, permet l'apprenant d'intégrer positivement dans l'apprentissage actif, contribue également à l'enseignant d'exercer ses fonctions d'enseignement de manière efficace. This article aims to highlight the importance of classroom management in light of the humanitarian approach in success of the teaching- learning process, where theory and previous studies have shown that human type, offers a convenient atmosphere allows the learner to integrate positively in active learning also helps the teacher to carry out his teaching duties efficiently. يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهمية إدارة الصف في ضوء المقاربة الإنسانية في نجاح العملية التعليمية التعلمية، حيث بينت النظرية والدراسات السابقة أن النمط الإنساني يوفر جوا ملائما يسمح للمتعلم بالاندماج الإيجابي في النشطات التعّلمية كما يساعد المعلم على القيام بمهامه التدريسية بكفاءة. |
