| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج تكاملي بين دور كل من معلمة الروضة ومعلم الموسيقى في تقديم الأنشطة الموسيقية لطفل الروضة في ضوء المعايير الدولية ووثائق المعايير المحلية وقياس الاتجاه نحوه. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 40 معلمة تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من معلومات الروضة ومعلمي الموسيقى وتم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين إحداهما ضابطة وكان قوامها 20 معلمة روضة والأخرى تجريبية كان قوامها 20 معلمة روضة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بطاقة الملاحظة وبناء مقياس الاتجاهات نحو البرنامج التكاملي. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن هناك فروقا دالة إحصائيا بين الأداء القبليوالبعدي لمعلمات الروضة للأنشطة الموسيقية لصالح الأداء البعدي. ووجود فروق داله إحصائيا بين أداء المجموعتين في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست بالبرنامج التكاملي. وأوصى البحث بضرورة الحرص على حصول معلمة الروضة على الدورات التدريبية الكافية التي تساعدها على إتقان تصميم وتنفيذ وتقويم الأنشطة الموسيقية الملائمة لطفل الروضة والتي تسهم في تحقيق اهداف النمو الشامل المتكامل له. كما أوصى بأنه يجب على المسؤولين في كليات إعداد معلمة الروضة إجراء اختبارات للقدرات الموسيقية لقياس الحد الأدنى من الاستعداد الموسيقى عند الطالبات المتقدمات لشعبة رياض الأطفال.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The objective of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of an integrative program between the role of kindergarten teacher and music teacher in presenting the musical activities for kindergarten children in light of the international standards and the local standards documents and measuring the trend towards it. The research group consisted of 40 randomly selected teachers from kindergarten and music teachers, whose were divided into two groups, one of which was a control group and the other was an experimental, both consisted of 20 female kindergarten teachers. The search tools were the observation card and the scale of the trend towards the integrated program, which were pre and post applied on the research group. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post performance of kindergarten teachers for musical activities in favor of the post performance, as well as there were statistically significant differences between the performances of the two groups in the post application of the observation card in favor of the experimental group studied in the integrative program. The research recommended that the kindergarten teacher should receive sufficient training courses that help her to become proficient in the design, implementation and evaluation of the appropriate musical activities for the kindergarten child, which contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the overall integrated growth for the child. In addition, it recommended that officials at the kindergarten teachers' preparing faculties should conduct tests of musical abilities to measure the minimum musical readiness among the applicant students for the Kindergarten Division.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
