| المستخلص: | Business organizations began to give more consideration for acquiring Electronic Management Communication System, to speed the exchange of information to support their performing activities. The study aimed at testing the impact of information quality as mediator variable in the relationship between electronic management communication system and organizational structure in the University of Bisha. The descriptive analysis method was used and a questionnaire was designed to collect the data from the users of electronic management communication system. The number of distributed copies was 90 and only 65 were received (72.2%) for analysis. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were all used in the statistical analysis. The study found a positive significant correlation between the use of electronic management communication system and the centralizing of organizational Structure. In addition, there is a positive significant relation between electronic management communication system and the formalizing of organizational Structure. In addition, information quality is full Mediator in the relationship between electronic management communication system and centralization, formalization of organizational structure. Finally the use of the electronic management communication system has got rid of complexity in organizational structure. The study recommended that it is possible to test other factors that could have effect such as the environment on electronic management communication system and it could be applied in other sectors. بدأت منظمات الأعمال تهتم بامتلاك نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني لسرعته في تبادل المعلومات لدعم أنشطة المنظمة هدفت الدراسة لاختبار أثر جودة المعلومات كمتغير وسيط في علاقة قدرات نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني بالهيكل التنظيمي في جامعة بيشة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وصممت استبانة لجمع البيانات من مستخدمي نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني و وزعت 90 استبانة تم استرجاع 65 (72.2%) منها صالحة للتحليل تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ألفا كرنوباخ، التحليل العاملي، معامل ارتباط بيرسون وتحليل الانحدار) توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج منها وجود علاقة إيجابية معنوية بين استخدام نظم الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكترونية ومركزية الهيكل التنظيمي إضافة لوجود علاقة إيجابية معنوية بين نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكترونية ورسمية الهيكل التنظيمي كما أن نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكترونية له علاقة إيجابية معنوية مع جودة المعلومات، وجودة المعلومات لها علاقة إيجابية ومعنوية مع كل من مركزية ورسمية الهيكل التنظيمي. كما تعتبر جودة المعلومات وسيطا كاملا للعلاقة بين نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني ومركزية الهيكل التنظيمي وكذلك وسيطا كاملا للعلاقة بين نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني ورسمية الهيكل التنظيمي. وأخيرا استخدام نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني قد أدى إلى عدم وجود التعقيد في الهيكل التنظيمي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بإمكانية اختبار أثر عوامل أخرى مثل تأثير البيئة المحيطة على نظام الاتصالات الإدارية الإلكتروني إضافة لتطبيق الدراسة في قطاعات أخرى. |
