| المستخلص: | يعتبر موضوع إدارة السياسة الخارجية من أهم المواضيع التي تشترك فيها الدراسات الدولية والدستورية، بالنظر إلى أن إدارة هذه السياسة تخضع من حيث المبدأ للقواعد الدستورية، ولكن ممارستها لها آثار دولية من حيث أن هذه السياسات الخارجية تشكل في مجملها علاقات دولية تخضع لأحكام القانون الدولي. It is the subject of foreign policy of the hottest topics in which international studies involved and constitutional, given that the management of this policy are subject to the principle of constitutional rules, but the practice has international implications in that these foreign policies together constitute international relations are subject to the provisions of international law. La politique étrangère constitue l'un des sujets les plus chauds dans lesquels des études internationales et constitutionnelles impliquées , étant donné que la gestion de cette politique est soumise au principe des règles constitutionnelles, mais sa pratique a des implications internationales en ce que ces politiques étrangères constituent ensemble les relations internationales soumises aux dispositions du droit international. |
