| المستخلص: | هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن تهيئة البيئة التربوية المحفزة للإبداع والتميز والابتكار. وتناول المقال آلية اكتشاف مواهب الطلبة وإبداعاتهم. وتعريف الموهبة وعناصر البيئة المحفزة للإبداع. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن انعدام الثقة بين الرئيس والمرؤوس يهدم أسس البناء الهرمي للعمل التربوي فيحجم المعلم عن المبادرة لأنه يتوقع الرفض مثلا أو السخرية أو إهمال الفكرة على أقل تقدير فكما قد يعاني الطالب من معلم غير داعم فقد يعاني المعلم من مدير غير داعم. وقد يعاني المدير نفسه من رئيس غير داعم فالأمر عبارة عن هرم حقيقي من يمارس الانفتاح والريادة من أعلي قمة الهرم فإنه يضغط للأسفل بالتوجه نفسه ومن كان قاسيا منغلقا ومحدود الأفق فإنه يفعل الشيء ذاته ولكن باتجاهات سلبية قاتلة وشتان ما بين القمتين. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the article is to reveal the creation of the educational environment that motivates the creativity, the excellence and the innovation. The article dealt with the mechanism of discovering the students' talents and creativity, and the definition of talent and elements of the environment that stimulates the creativity. The results found that the lack of trust between the president and the subordinate destroys the foundations of the hierarchical construction of the educational work and then the teacher hesitates to take the initiative because he expects to be rejected or be ridiculed or neglect the idea at the very least, as the student may suffer from a teacher who is not supportive. The manager himself may suffer from a president who is not supportive. It is a real pyramid .The person who practices the openness and the leadership from the top of the pyramid presses downwards with the same direction.
