| المستخلص: | هدف المقال الكشف عن مقومات البيئة التربوية المحفزة للتميز والإبداع. حيث ناقش المقال مقولة الإنسان ابن بيئته. وتطرق إلى الآراء المختلفة حول مقومات ومكونات البيئة التربوية ومنها المعلم والإدارة المدرسية والمدرسة ومصادر التعلم والعلاقات المدرسية. وكذلك المجالس المدرسية والمناهج المدرسية وتوظيف تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات. فضلا عن النشاطات المدرسية النوعية وتسوق ونشر إبداعات الطلبة. والجدول الدراسي والمناخ الصفي والسلطة التربوية وأساليب التقويم. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن توفير البيئة التربوية النموذجية ليس مكلفا أو صعبا مقارنة بنتائجها المستقبلية الهائلة. فصناعة الإنسان المتميز والمبدع حلم المجتمعات المتقدمة وهدف تسعى إلى تحقيقه بكل ما تملك من قدرات وإمكانات وتنفق عليه بسخاء لأنها تدرك أنها ستجني أضعاف ما تنفق. وإن البيئة التربوية المتكاملة حق للطلبة وواجب على السلطة التعليمية من أجل المستقبل. فالمستقبل مرهون بالطلبة ومدي تعلمهم وتطبيق ما تعلموه من علوم ومعارف ومهارات. وهذا منوط بتوافر بيئة تربوية آمنه قادرة على اكتشاف طاقات الطلبة الكامنة واستثمارها. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of this article is to explore the elements of the educational environment that motivates excellence and creativity. The article discussed the quotation that says that: man is the product of his environment. The article also touched on the different views on the basics and components of the educational environment, including the teacher, the school administration, the school, the sources of learning and the school relations. In addition to the school boards, the school curricula and the employment of ICTs, as well as the quality school activities, the marketing and dissemination of students' creations, the schedule, the climate in classroom, the educational authority and the methods of assessment. The results of the article found out that providing a typical educational environment is not expensive or difficult compared to its enormous future results. The creation of a special and creative human is the dream of the developed societies and an objective that it seeks to achieve with all its capabilities and potentials. They spend generously on it because it realizes that it will earn more than what they had spent, and that the integrated educational environment is a right to all students and a duty of the educational authority for the future. The future depends on the students and the extent of their learning and the application of what they have learned from science, knowledge and skills.
