| المستخلص: | تمثل الجودة النوعية للتعليم بما يرتبط به من اهداف، وهياكل، وأساليب، ومضامين، خيارا استراتيجيا للملكة. وترتكز مشاريع التطوير التعليمي القائمة حاليا على مبدأ التطم من أجل التمكن والإتقان، واكتساب المهارات الحياتية، ومواكبه احتياجات سوق العمل والتنمية، مع تركيز بعضها على تحسين بيئة التعلم من خلال دمج التقنية في التعليم وتعزيز تطبيقاتها المتقدمة في كافة مناشطه. \ وضمن هذا التوجه أطلقت وزارة التربية والتعليم برنامجين تطويريين هما: (التعليم المطور) و(برنامج تطوير التعليم العام) ليطيقا تجريبيا على عدد من المدارس الثانوية لينين والبنات بمختلف مدن المملكة العربية السعودية. \ وفي، هذا الإطار، سعت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف الميداني على واقع تطبيق البرنامجين في تعليم الفتاة خاصة، ولإجراء مقارنة تحدد السمات المشتركة بينهما، مقابل جوانب الاختلاف المنهجي والتطبيقي، وصولا لتعيين بعض المؤشرات التي يمكن لأحدها الإفادة بها من الآخر، تمثلا للتكامل المستقبلي بين معطياتهما. \ إضافة إلى التحليل الوثائقي، اعتمدت الدراسة في جمع بياناتها على بطاقة مقابلة مستوفية لإجراءات بناتها وضبطها، طبقت على عينة من معلمات المدارس المشمولة بالتطوير، وعددها ثلاث مدارس ثانوية لبرنامجي التطوير بالمدينة المنورة، وذلك في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 1430/ 1431 ه. \ وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة الميدانية من نتائج، ووقفا للإجابة عن الأسئلة المطروحة، قدمت الدراسة مرئيات موضوعية عن واقع البرنامجين، وطرحت عددا من التوصيات للوصول إلى نموذج متكامل لتطوير التعليم العام للفتاة بالمملكة. The quality of education, including its associated goals, structures, methods, and content, represents a strategic choice for the Kingdom. And educational development projects are based on the principle of the existing order to be able to learn from and proficiency, and acquire life skills, and keep up with labor market needs and development, some of which focused on improving the learning environment through the integration of technology in education and promotion of applications developed in all activities. \ Within this trend launched by the Ministry of Education, two developmental flights are: (developer education) and (General Education Development Programme) for they implement a pilot on a number of secondary schools for boys and girls in different cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. \ In this context, the present study sought to identify the field on the reality of the application programs in the education of girls in particular, and a comparison identify common features between them, compared to the differences of systematic and applied, leading to the appointment of some indicators that could be one benefit of the other, represents the future integration between their givens. \ In addition to factual analysis, the study relied on data collection card interview to satisfy the action, construction and control, applied to a sample of school teachers covered by development, and the number three high schools for program development in Medina, in the second quarter of the academic year 1430/1431 AH. \ In light of what has resulted from the field study findings, and stood to answer the questions raised, the study provided visualization objective reality programs, and made a number of recommendations to gain access to an integrated model for the development of public education for girls in Saudi Arabia. |
