| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى معرفة أغراض القسم النبوي، والمعاني البيانية التي تضمنتها هذه الأيمان، وذلك عن طريق أحاديث نبوية اشتملت على قسم صريح. ويرى الباحثان أن تحقيق هذا الهدف يظهر بدارسة ألفاظ القسم النبوي، ودارسة نماذج من الأمور المقسم عليها. \ بدأ الباحثان الدارسة بمقدمات نظرية لأسلوب القسم في اللغة العربية ، ثم تناولا ما ثبت من الألفاظ والتراكيب المستعملة فـي القسـم النبوي، وشرح دلالاتها البيانية، تلا ذلك بيان أغراض القسم النبوي من خلال عشرة نماذج من الأحاديث التـي اشـتملت علـى قسـم ،وكان أهم هذه الأغراض، التحذير والترهيب من مخالفـة أمـر الله تعـالى، والحـض والترغيـب علـى خيـر مـا، ودفـع الشـك عـن الخبـر أو توهم المجاز والمساهلة في حمل الخبر محمل الجد، ومراعاة حال المخاطب، مراعاة حال الخبر، إلى غير ذلـك ممـا سـيظهر في الدارسة. This research aims at identifying the purposes of the prophetic swear and rhetoric meanings implied in these oaths through the Prophetic traditions which include obvious swear. The researchers believe that this can be achieved by studying the utterances of the prophetic swear and instances of things sworn at. \ The researchers started with theoretical introductions about the style of oath in Arabic language, stated words and structures used in the Prophetic swear, explanation of their rhetoric meanings, followed by an explanation of the purposes of the Prophetic swear through ten instances of prophetic traditions which include oath.The most important purposes are: warning and intimidating of the disobedience of God, prompting and awakening a desire in good deeds, not suspecting the report or imagining the lawful, tolerance of taking something as serious, consideration of the state of the adressee, taking care of the state of the report and other things that will be discussed in the study. L’objectif de cet article est de montrerer la spécificité du serment (el kassam) du prophete mohamed (Dieu bénit son ame) à partir de l’analyse d’un corpus de dix hadiths traitant des themes du bien et du mal. L’analyse commence par un rappel théorique mentionant la forme et le style de sements en général et la singularité de celui du prophete. |
