| المستخلص: | \n هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن مسوغات الثقة بكتاب "علّم بثقة" حيث كان مؤلف هذا الكتاب دوغ ليموف الذي جمع فيه تسعة وأربعين أسلوبا تعليميا يهدف في مجملها إلى الرقي بالموقف التعليمي. وتناول المقال أساليب تعليمية متنوعة تساعد المعلم على تحسين أدائهم. وركز المقال على مهارة القراءة فهي أساس لعملية التعلم فالطالب لا يتقدم ولا يتحقق له النجاح ولا التفوق إلا من خلالها. واختتم المقال بأن الأساليب التعليمية المتنوعة تساعد المعلمين على تحسين أدائهم وهي تسهم بفاعلية في تحسن مستوى تعلم طلبتهم فيصبحون طلبة ناجحين ومتميزين. وأكد المقال أن هناك طاقات عظيمة وفريدة وممارسات تربوية وتعليمية. وأظهر المقال أن المعلم الواثق بنفسه وبعطائه الموصول هو الركن الأساس في بناء الحياة وهو صاحب الفضل في إبراز الصورة كاملة لتشكل تلك الصورة أجمل ما نشاهده عن الوطن الحبيب وعن إنسانه الوفى المعطاء. وأوصى المقال بضرورة أن نحرص على تسليط الضوء على مظاهر تميز الشأن التربوي والتعليمى. وواجب علينا أن نعزز أصحابها وأن ننشر قصص نجاحاتهم لتكون مرجعا لجميع التربويين من معلمين وإداريين وأصحاب قرار.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The article aims at revealing the reasons for trust in a book entitled "Teach with confidence". The author of this book, Doug Limoff, who presented forty-nine educational methods in it; aimed at improving the educational situation. The article addressed various teaching methods that help the teacher improve his performance. The article focused on the skill of reading as it is the basis of the process of learning as the student can progress and achieve success and excellence only through applying it. The article concluded that the various educational methods help teachers improve their performance and contribute effectively to improve the level of learning of their students and they become successful students and distinguished. The article stressed that there are great and unique energies and educational and pedagogical practices. The article showed that the teacher who is confident in himself and his continual bestowal is the cornerstone of building life and he is credited with highlighting the whole picture to make that picture the most beautiful thing we see about the beloved homeland and its generous freehanded man. The article recommended that we should pay attention to highlighting the manifestations of excellence in education.
