| المستخلص: | [Le concept de développement durable constitue un enjeu capital pour toute l’économie. Ce concept renvoie à la responsabilité des entreprises pour qu’elles jouent un rôle dans la préservation de l’environnement. L’intégration d’un système de management environnemental dans les stratégies des entreprises s’explique par l’existence d’une politique environnementale centrée sur les principes du développement durable. Il en découle une responsabilité permettant aux entreprises d’augmenter leurs valeurs à long terme. L’objet de ce travail consiste à montrer comment l’insertion des entreprises dans l’économie de la connaissance et l’éthique apporte des moyens de développement en matière de capital humain et de performance environnementale.] [Theconcept of sustainable developmentis of crucial importancefor the entire economy.
