| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى استكشاف طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والأثر بين خصائص القيادة التحويلية وبين مراحل إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال في عينة من كليات جامعة صلاح الدين/ أربيل-وتكونت عينة البحث من (٧٠) شخص من القيادات الإدارية، واعتمد على تطوير استبانة تألفت من (57) فقرة لدراسة خصائص القيادة التحويلية وعلاقتها وآثرها في مراحل إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال، وأثر استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها والوصول إلى نتائجها. ومن هذه النتائج وجود علاقة الارتباط وأثر معنوي لخصائص القيادة التحويلية في مراحل إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال، وأوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بعلاقة الخصائص التي تمتلكما القيادة التحويلية في الكليات المبحوثة في اعتمادها على نظام المعلومات وترتيب أولوياتها في مرحلة إعادة التصميم في إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال باعتبارها المؤشر الأقل بروزا في البحث. This research aims to explore the nature of the correlation and the impact between the transformational leadership and its attributes and the stages of re-engineering the business process in the colleges of sample of Salahaddin University/Erbil. The number of respondents were composed of (70) of its staff of leadership in the colleges of the sample, and the research depended on the developed of the survey consisted of (57) paragraphs to study the features of the transformational leadership and its relationship and impact on the stages of re-engineering business processing. Statistical methods have been used for data processing, analysis and access to results. The outcome of these results; there is a correlation and significant effect of the characteristics and the features of transformational leadership in the stages of re-engineering business processes. And the study recommended the need to deal with the relationship characteristics and attributes possessed by the leadership in colleges of research in reliance on the information system and its priorities in the course of re-engineering business processes as the less prominent cursor in the study. |
