| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الى التعرف على واقع خدمات التعليم الابتدائي في قضاء المدينة لعام 2013 وذلك عبر عدد من مؤشرات الكفاءة وتطبيقها لمعرفة بيان درجة كفاءتها , وقد تضمنت الدراسة جانبين :الأول التوزيع الجغرافي لمؤسسات التعليم الابتدائي في القضاء , بينما تناول الجانب الثاني كفاءة تلك المؤسسات والخدمات التي تؤديها وكفاءتها بالنسبة للتلاميذ وفق المعايير المحلية والعالمية, وفيما يخص التحليل الإحصائي statistical analysis فقد تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لثلاث وحدات إدارية هي , مركز القضاء وناحيتي الإمام الصادق وعز الدين سليم لتعزيز درجة الرضا بالنسبة للتلاميذ عن كفاءة مؤسسات التعليم الابتدائي , ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع 600 استمارة استبيان بنسبة 1,3% من مجموع التلاميذ البالغ عددهم 44353 ,موزعة على 54 مدرسة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية لتلاميذ الصفين (الخامس والسادس) الابتدائي وباستخدام برنامج spss. This study aims to identify the reality of primary education services in the district of the city in 2013 and through a number of indicators of efficiency and application of knowledge statement degree of efficiency, The study included two aspects: first, the geographical distribution of institutions of primary education in the judiciary, while addressing the second side efficiency of these institutions and services performed and efficiency for students according to local standards, and with regard to statistical analysis, statistical analysis has been used arithmetic means and standard deviations for the three administrative units, the center of the judiciary and the aspects of Imam Sadiq Azzedine sound to enhance the degree of satisfaction for students for efficient institutions of primary education, and to achieve this goal have been distributed 600 questionnaire by 1.3% of the total number of pupils totaling 44353 spread over 54 schools were selected randomly to students in grades (fifth and sixth) and using the primary program spss . |
