At the present the tour guide plays a role in marketing represented in the sale of what is known as optional programs, but the research is intended to develop the role of tour guide to become a marketing and sales man for both traditional tourist programs and current tourist programs produced by travel agencies. \ The research sheds light on similarities and differences between tour guide and salesman, and also presents skills of the tour guide that could be used in the process of successful marketing. \ | ||
