| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث إلي وضع تصور مقترح لمهام المرشد الأكاديمي في الجامعات المصرية التي تطبق النظام الفصلي لمواجهة الحاجات الإرشادية لطلبة الجامعة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء أداة البحث والمتمثلة في استبانة لقياس الحاجات الإرشادية لطلبة الجامعة، حيث تكونت بشكل نهائي من (86) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات للحاجات الإرشادية (ثقافية، دراسية، نفسية، اجتماعية، مهنية، وأخلاقية) وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (268) طالب وطالبة بالفرقتين الأولي والرابعة بالكليات العملية (الحاسبات- الزراعة – الاقتصاد المنزلي) والكليات الإنسانية (التربية- التربية النوعية - التجارة ) بجامعة المنوفية. وقد كشفت النتائج عن ان: 1-الحاجات الإرشادية لعينة البحث جاعت بصفة عامة بشكل مرتفع. 2-الحاجات الإرشادية للطلبة المتعلقة بالمجال المهني والمجال الدراسي جاءت بشكل مرتفع جدأ، وجاءت الحاجات المتعلقة بالمجال الثقافي، والمجال النفسي، والمجال الاجتماعي بشكل مرتفع، بينما جاءت الحاجات المتعلقة بالمجال الأخلاقي بشكل متوسط. لا مجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأفراد العينة طبقا للنوع بصفة عامة، بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا طبقا للنوع بالنسبة لمجال الحاجات المهنية لصالح الطلاب لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأفراد العينة طبقأ للمستوى الدراسي بصفة عامة، بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيأ طبقأ للمستوى الدرإسى بالنسبة لمجال الحاجات الدراسية لصالح طلبة الفرقة الأولى، و بالنسبة لمجال ) الحاجات المهنية لصالح طلبة لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأفراد العينة طبقا لنوع الكلية بصفة عامة. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة تم وضع تصور مقترح لمهام المرشد الأكاديمي في الجامعات التي تعمل وفقأ للئظام الفصلي في ضوء الحاجات الإرشادية للطلبة، وفي ضوء خبرات جامعات بعض الدول الأجنبية، The goal of this research is to develop a proposal for the visualization tasks academic advisor in the Egyptian universities that applied the system to meet the needs of the quarterly guidance to university students. To achieve this goal has been to build a tool of research and of a questionnaire to measure the needs guidance to students Menoufia University, which was formed in a final of(86) items distributed on six areas of needs guidance (the needs of the cultural needs of the study, the needs of the psychological, social needs, the needs of the professional, needs a moral ) and after confirmation of sincerity and persistence have been applied to a stratified random sample consisting of (268) students Band first and fourth year college process (Computing - Agriculture- Home Economics) and colleges humanity (Education Specific Education - commerce) Menoufia University. The results revealed that: 1) needs guidance to the research sample was generally are high . 2) needs guidance to students on the field of vocational and academic field came in too high, and came on the needs of the cultural field, and the field of psychological, and social sphere are high, came while the moral domain-related needs are average . 3) No statistically significant differences for the members of the sample according to the type in general, and while I found statistically significant differences according to type for the needs of the professional field for the benefit of students . 4) No statistically significant differences for the members of the sample according to the level of the school in general, and while I found statistically significant differences according to the level of the school for the academic needs of the area for the benefit of students of the first division, and for the needs of the professional field for the benefit of students of the fourth year . 5) There are no statistically significant differences for the members of the sample according to the type of college in general . In light of previous findings been conceived proposal for the tasks of the academic advisor at universities that operate in accordance with the system of quarterly guidance in light of the needs of the students, and in the light of the experiences of some universities in foreign countries. |
