| المستخلص: | One of the most critical features of the late 20th and early 21st century is the emergence of a wave of growing global awareness about the issue of democracy, in such a way that when we speak of democracy, we must recognize that one of its pillars is equality among the various social groups and to provide the opportunity for all without discrimination between men and women as the gender equality has become the concern of all those interested at the present time, both at the level of thought and in practice. The issue of women is not confined only to demand the recognition of their social, economic and even political rights and raise the existing discrimination, but does also address the size of the role and the duty to play in shaping the features of the development of society. Significantly this role of women depends on the social status of women and providing work opportunities for them as well as their ability to express their opinion, which helps them to crystallize their personality and increase their awareness of the problems faced by society and the growing issues of development and change. This is happening at a time when the world is giving attention towards empowering women through a series of reports and decisions from international meetings and conferences.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Dans cet article nous avons tenté de discuter la question de la participation politique des femmes qui n’était pas un choix accidentelle parmi toutes les questions nationales, mais en raison de l'approfondissement de notre réflexion sur l'importance de cette participation, soulignant le point de vue des femmes et de leurs perceptions sur la façon d'activer la participation politique Dans le développement du pays. من أهم مميزات أواخر القرن العشرين وأوائل القرن الواحد والعشرين ظهور موجة تنامي الوعي العالمي بقضية الديمقراطية، بحيث أنه عندما نتكلم اليوم عن الديمقراطية لابد أن نسلم أن أحد مرتكزاتها هو المساواة بيم مختلف الفئات الاجتماعية، وإعطاء الفرصة للجميع دون تفرقة بين الجنسين، الرجل والمرأة، إذ أصبحت هذه الأخيرة الشغل الشاغل لكل المهتمين في الوقت الحاضر، سواء على مستوى الفكر أو على مستوى الممارسة، كما يلاحظ أن طرح قضية المرأة لا تتصدى \nفقط للمطالبة بوجوب الإقرار لها بحقوقها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بل وحتى السياسية ورفع التمييز القائم عنها، ولكنها لا تتصدى إلى حجم الدور والواجب عليها أن تلعبه في رسم ملامح تطور المجتمع، ويعتمد هذا الدور بفعالية وأهمية على ما تتمتع به المرأة من مكانة اجتماعية لائقة و توفر فرص العمل لها، وقدرتها على التعبير عن رأيها الأمر الذي يساعدها في بلورة شخصيتها وزيادة وعيها بالمشكلات التي يعاني منها المجتمع، وتنامي مشكلاتها في التطوير والتغيير، ويترافق ذلك مع توجه عالمي لتمكين المرأة من خلال مجموعة من التقارير و القرارات الصادرة عن اللقاءات و المؤتمرات الدولية |
