| المستخلص: | هدف المقال إلى التعرف على نكبة العراق من خلال الاحتلال والمذهبية وأخذ داعش نموذجاً. وتناول المقال الحديث عن أزمة النظام السياسي والكيان الوطني في العراق القائم على الاحتصاص الطائفي والمذهبي والإثني. حيث جعلت العراق من وطن جامع ودولة موحدة إلى مناطق مغلقة على نفسها تتقاسم النفوذ والثروة بقوة الأمر الواقع. واستعرض المقال أزمة الغزو الجهادي التكفيري الخارجي الذي مزق الكيان الاجتماعي العراقي. وأوضح المقال هندسة بول بريمر للنظام السياسي التي أتت في العراق تستكمل عملية تدمير الدولة الوطنية التي بدأتْها الغزوةُ الكولونيالية الأمريكية البريطانية في العام 2003. كما ناقش الغزوة الجامحة لتنظيم داعش-التي انتقل نطاقها من الفلوجة إلى الموصل إلى مدن الشمال إلى مداخل بغداد-وتمثل الضغطَ السياسيَّ والعسكريَّ على كيان العراق، ووحدته الوطنية والإقليمية، بعد ضغط الاحتلال الأمريكي البريطاني وتداعياته التدميرية والتفكيكية المستمرة مفاعيلُها-حتى اليوم -من دون انقطاع. وتوصل المقال إلى أن الغزوة الجهادية أزهقت أرواح العراقيين وشردت مئات الألاف من مدنهم وقراهم ومساكنهم. كما تبين أنها مزقت الروابط التي جمعت بين العراقيين ووضعت يدها على بعض مقدرات الشعب العراقي أولها النفط. كما أشار المقال إلى أن الاهتداء إلى مشروع وطني يعيد بناء الدولة والوطن على قاعدة المواطنة ومنظومة الحقوق المدنية والسياسية ومبدأ المشاركة في السلطة سيدفع داعش إلى الصيرورة بيئة نابذة وستبقى داعش، وقد يخرج الى الوجود غداُ ما هو أهول.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The aim of the article is to recognize the plight of Iraq from the aspects of occupation and sectarianism, taking ISIS as a model. The article dealt with the crisis of the political system and the national entity in Iraq based on sectarian, doctrinal and ethnic quota concept. It divided Iraq from a united homeland and a unified state into closed areas that share power and wealth with the power of the status quo. The article reviewed the crisis of the external jihadist Tkfiri invasion, which torn the Iraqi social structure. The article also explained the engineering of Paul Bremer to the political system that came in Iraq to complete the process of destroying the national state initiated by the American colonial invasion of Britain in 2003. Moreover, it also discussed the unbridled invasion of the organization of Daash, which moved from Fallujah, Mosul to the cities of the north to the entrances to Baghdad. It represents the political and military pressure on the entity of Iraq, and its national and regional unity, after the pressure of the American-British occupation and its destructive and deconstructing repercussions, whose effects continue - even today - without interruption. The article concluded that the jihadist invasion had led to the loss of lives of Iraqis and displaced hundreds of thousands of their towns, villages and homes. Furthermore, it turned out to tearing the ties that gathered the Iraqis and put its hand on some of the capabilities of the Iraqi people, first of which is oil. The article also pointed out that finding a national project that would rebuild the state and the nation on the basis of citizenship, the system of civil and political rights, and the principle of participation in power will push for the creation of a centrifugal environment; but ISIS however would stay, and tomorrow may reveal what is more horrifying.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
