| 520 | |a أصبح قطاع النقل بشكل عام والنقل البري بشكل خاص، بحالته الحاضرة في العراق عموما وبغداد خصوصا، مصدر تأثير سلبي على المستويين البيئي والاجتماعي وقد أصبح أحد العوائق التي تواجه استدامة التنمية في أي بلد. استناداً إلى ذلك أصبح من الضروري وضع خطة وطنية متكاملة لإدارة قطاع النقل، ومن هنا ننطلق بأن تطبيق النقل المستدام يساهم بشكل دقيق وكبير إلى التخفيف من حركة السيارات وتشجيع وسائل النقل الخضراء عبر العمل والضغط لاعتماد إستراتيجية وطنية للنقل. يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة بعض مفاهيم النقل المستدام وعرض نظرة تاريخية له، فضلا عن عرض نظري لبعض المبادئ الأساسية لمفاهيم محددة تصب في صميم الموضوع مثل كيفية تأمين الوصول وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية وماهية التخطيط المتكامل للنقل والصحة والسلامة وجودة البيئة، كذلك عرض بعض السياسات والتدابير للوصول إلى النقل المستدام، وفي الجانب الميداني، تم اختيار منطقة دراسة وهي منطقة (بغداد الجديدة) وجرى توصيفها، وتنظيم استمارة استبيان لعينة عشوائية لشريحة من شرائح مجتمع الدراسة من خلال شمول (200) شخص من مختلف الأعمار والمستويات الاجتماعية والتحصيل الدراسي ممن يمارسون أنواع مختلفة من الأعمال، حيث تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي من بعض محلات بغداد الجديدة، ولقد خلص البحث إلى ان جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تصب في سياق البحث. |b Became the transport sector in general and road transport in particular, his present condition , the source of a negative impact on the environmental and social levels has become one of the obstacles facing the sustainability of development in any country. This research aims to find out some of the concepts of sustainable transport and display historical look to him, as well as viewing my view of some of the basic principles of specific concepts flowing into the core topic such as how to secure access and achieving social justice and what the integrated planning of transport , health and safety and the quality of the environment, as well as view some of the policies and measures to reach the sustainable transport , and in the field , has been selected area of a specific study has been configured , and the organization of a questionnaire to a random sample of the segment of the population of the study through the inclusion of (200) people from Mmokhtlv ages and levels of social and academic achievement who practice different types of business, where he was selected in random from some of the new shops of Baghdad , and has research found that anumber of conclusions and recommendations that are in the context of the search. | ||
