| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الى الكشف عن الكفايات التعليمية اللازمة عند معلمي مادة العلوم من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من معلمو ومعلمات ومشرفون ومشرفات الاختصاص في مادة العلوم للمرحلة الابتدائية في مديريات تربيه محافظة بغداد. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث وتوصلت النتائج الى أن مجال كفاية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية ومجال كفاية العمل المختبري نالت ادني المراتب في استبانة المعلمين واستبانة المشرفين وأن مجال كفاية العمل المختبري غير متوافر بدرجة عالية. كما أشارت النتائج الى عدم الاهتمام بالمختبر ولا يوجد مكان له في أي مدرسة ابتدائية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة عقد دورات تأهيل وتطوير تسهم في رفع درجة امتلاك معلمي مادة العلوم للكفايات التعليمية. واستخدام الأساليب الحديثة في التدريب التي اعتمدت على التعلم من خلال العمل في مجموعات والممارسة الفعلية للخبرات التربوية وإكساب خبرات جديده أكثر. وضرورة إنشاء مركز لتطوير الكفاية التعليمية للمعلمين تكون مهمته إعداد برامج وتنظيم دورات تدريبيه وحلقات دراسية. وضرورة إجراء دراسة مماثله للبحث الحالي على مستوى القطر لأجل إعطاء تصور أشمل عن واقع أداء المعلمين للكفايات التعليمية اللازمة لأداء معلمي العلوم ومعلماتها في تدريس مادة العلوم في المرحلة الابتدائية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research is to reveal the educational competencies required by teachers of science from the point of view of teachers and educational supervisors. The research group consisted of male and female teachers and supervisors of specialization of science for the primary stage in the education directorates of the governorate of Baghdad. The research tool is represented in a questionnaire. The tool of the research was pre and post applied to the research group. The results found that the field of adequacy of the use of teaching aids and the field of lab work competence were the lowest in the teachers' questionnaire and the supervisors' questionnaire, and that the field of laboratory work adequacy is not available to a high degree. The results also indicate the lack of interest in laboratories and that there is no place for them in any primary school. The research recommended the need to hold training and development courses that contribute to raising the degree of educational competences of science teachers, and the use of modern methods of training, which rely on learning through working in groups, the effective practice of educational experiences and acquiring more new experiences. In addition, it recommended the need to establish a center for the development of educational competence of teachers, which would be tasked to prepare programs and organize training courses and seminars. Finally, the research recommended the need to conduct a similar study to the current research at the level of the country to give a more comprehensive view of the reality of male and female teachers' performance of the educational competencies necessary for them in teaching science subject in the primary stage.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
