| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الابتدائية الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين وقادة المدارس بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تكونت عينة البحث من (18) قائدا للمدارس الابتدائية بإدارة تعليم عسير، ومن (10) مشرفين تربويين لمقرر التربية الإسلامية. أخذت ملاحظاتهم عن درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الابتدائية للكفايات التدريسية من خلال بطاقة الملاحظة التي أعدت لهذا الغرض خلال الفصل الدراس الثاني 38/ 1439ه واتبع البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي الذي يهتم بوصف درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الابتدائية للكفايات التدريسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: درجة امتلاك معلم التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الابتدائية للكفاءات التدريسية في بعد السمات الشخصية توافر بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط (4.32)، وأن متوسط محور مدى توفر الكفاءات التدريسية للبعد الثاني بشكل عام لدى المشرفين التربويين بلغ (3.98) وبدرجة مرتفعة، وأن متوسط محور توفر الكفاءات التدريسية للبعد الثالث من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين بشكل عام بلغ (3.88) وبدرجة عالي، وكان متوسط محور توفر الكفاءات التدريسية للبعد الرابع من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين بشكل عام بلغ (3.83) وبدرجة مرتفعة. وبلغ متوسط محور مدى توفر الكفاءات التدريسية للبعد الخامس من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين بشكل عام بلغ (3.93) وبدرجة عالي، كما بلغ متوسط محور توفر الكفاءات التدريسية للبعد السادس من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين بشكل عام بلغ (3.93) وبدرجة مرتفعة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات قادة المدارس والمشرفين حول درجة امتلاك معلم التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية للكفاءات التدريسية وعلى كافة أبعاد الأداة. The study aimed to identify the availability of teaching competencies among educational teachers from the perspective of educational supervisors and school leaders and to identify the degree of correlation between the level of teaching competencies, and the type of academic qualification and years of experience with the teacher of Islamic education To determine whether there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of supervisors' estimations and the estimates of school leaders for the extent to which the teachers of Islamic education in the primary stage in Saudi Arabia have access to teaching competencies? The research sample consisted of (18) heads of elementary schools in Assir Education district, (10) educational supervisors for Islamic education course. The current research followed the descriptive approach that is concerned with describing the degree of possession of the teachers of Islamic education for the elementary stage of teaching competencies. Results: The degree of possession of teachers of Islamic education for the elementary stage of the teaching competencies in the dimension of personality traits availability of high and average (4.32), and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the second dimension in general educational supervisors reached (3.98) high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the third dimension (ability and knowledge) from the perspective of educational supervisors in general was (3.88) high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the fourth dimension from the perspective of educational supervisors in general was (3.83) high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the fifth dimension from the perspective of educational supervisors in general (3.93) and high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the sixth dimension from the perspective of educational supervisors in general was (3.93) and high score, and the study also found that there are no differences between the average grades of school leaders and supervisors. |
