| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الشراكة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات المدنية؛ لتأهيل الشباب الخريجين خلال الكشف عن أهداف الشراكة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات المدنية، ومزاياها، وأشكالها، والتحديات التي تواجهها كل من: المؤسسات المدنية والجامعات، بالإضافة إلى تقديم بعض الرؤى المستقبلية؛ لتوثيق العلاقة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات المدنية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأدوات؛ لتحقيق هذا الهدف السابق ذكره، وهي استمارتان للمقابلة، الأولى: مع شباب الخريجين المستفيدين من الشراكة في جامعات القاهرة وطنطا وأسيوط، والثانية: مع أطراف الشراكة "الجامعة والمؤسسات المدنية". \ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشراكة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات المدنية لم تحقق أهدافها التي وضعت من أجلها، وهي تأهيل شباب الخريجين، ومن ثم خدمة المجتمع وتنميته، وقد كشفت الدراسة عن عدم وجود عقود شراكة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات المدنية، غير الجامعات الثلاثة التي طبقت بها الدراسة الميدانية، وهذا يدل على عدم وعي بعض الجامعات والمؤسسات المدنية باحتياجات شباب الخريجين؛ ومن ثم المساهمة في مواجهة مشكلات المجتمع المتعددة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة وجود استراتيجية تنص على تفعيل الشراكة داخل الجامعات؛ لخدمة أهداف المجتمع، مع وضع قاعدة مادية لازمة؛ لتحقيق أهداف الشراكة كجزء أساسي لمتطلبات قيام الشراكة، وتوثيق علاقتها بحاجات المجتمع، كما ينبغي أن تسهل كافة الإجراءات البيروقراطية التي تعرقل مسار هذه الشراكات \ This study aims to find about partnership between universities and civil institutions for developing young graduates. The study tried to uncover the targets behind this partnership, its forms, advantages, and challenges faced by both universities and civil institutions. The study also gives some future insights to consolidate the relationship between them. To achieve these targets, the study made two interview applications. The first application is for young graduates who benefited from the partnership in CairoUniversity, TantaUniversity, and Assiut University. The second application is for officials at universities and civil institutions. \ The study found that this partnership have not achieved its goals, i.e. developing young graduates, thus developing the society as awhole. The study found out that there are no partnership contracts between universities and civil institutions other than the three universities where we performed the field study. This indicates that some universities and civil organizations are unaware of young graduates needs. The study suggests the necessity for developing a strategy to activate this partnership inside universities to achieve goals of the society. Also, there should be a constant fund to achieve partnership argets, as this is a fundamental element to achieve this partnership and consolidate its relationship with what the society need. As well, all bureaucratic procedures that inhibit this partnership should be facilitated. \ |
