| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لبعض الممارسات الديمقراطية من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم. \ واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (1198) طالبا وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وقد طرحت الدراسة الأسئلة التالية: \ س1: ما هي درجة ممارسة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء لبعض الممارسات الديمقراطية من وجهة نظر الطلبة أنفسهم ممارسة؟ \ س2: هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس، الكلية، المستوى الدراسي، مكان السكن؟ \ وللوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة استخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية، واختبار (T-test) واختبار (ANOVA) وشفه للمقارنات البعدية. \ وأشارت النتائج إلى ما يلي: \ 1- حصلت الفقرات التي نصها "يثني على جهود الطلبة العلمية" و"يستمع إلى استفسارات الطلبة حول الموضوع المراد شرحه" و"يقدم خبراته وإرشاداته لجميع الطلبة دون تحيز" على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (4.05) بينما جاء في المرتبة الرابعة الفقرة "يرفض استخدام العنف والقوة" مع الطلبة "بمتوسط حسابي (4.05) وفي المرتبة الخامسة الفقرتان "يشجع الطلبة على التعاون" و"يلتزم بمواعيد محاضراته دون تقصير" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.94). \ بينما جاءت الفقرة "يأخذ بالأفكار التي يقدمها الطلبة حول المنهاج" بالمرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.14) كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي ولصالح السنة الرابعة، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير مكان السكن، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير التحصيل العلمي ولصالح تقدير جيد جدا، وجيد. \ This study aimed at the revealing the degree of faculty staff of the Balqa Applied University practices of some democratic aspects from university student perspectives. \ The sample of the study consisted of 1198 male and female students that were chosen via randomly strata approach. \ The study posed the following questions: \ 1-\ The degree of faculty staff of the Balqa Applied University practices of some democratic aspects from university student perspectives \ 2-\ Is there any statistically significant difference due to gender, faculty, and educational level and residency variables . \ In order to achieve the results of the study researcher used: means, t-test, "ANOVA" test and for dimensional comparison \ The result of the study indicates the follow: \ 1- The items which state, "complements the student scientific efforts, " listens to student inquires regarding the lesson to be explained," "provide his experience and guidance to all students with being biased," have possessed first place with means "4,05" while in fourth place the statement "refuses to use violence with students" with means of "4,01" , in fifth place are the two statements, " encourages students on cooperation," "abides by his lectures schedules without delay" with means of "3,94" while statement "considers student ideas regarding curriculum" is in the last place with means of "3,14". \ Furthermore, there is statistically significant difference due to gender variable in favor of female students. In addition, there is statistically significant difference due to educational level in favor of fourth year students. While there is no statistically signification differences due to residency, while there is statistically differences due to residency, while there is statistically significant difference due to educational achievement in favor of very good and good. \ \ |
