| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى دور جامعة إب في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، وقد تم تحقيق أهداف الدراسة من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتطبيق استبانة مكونة من ستة محاور مثلت أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، اشتملت على (120) فقرة، مثلت كل فقرة عنصر من عناصر أبعاد التنمية المستدامة المقاسة في جامعة إب، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية عددها (100) فرد، من كوادر الجامعة بينت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لدور الجامعة في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة بلغ (1.9) بمستوى متوسط، وعلى مستوى أبعاد التنمية المستدامة التي تم قياسها فقد كانت النتائج متباينة بينها حيث حقق المستوى الأول (عال) بعدي (الرؤية الاستراتيجية، والبيئة الصحية) بمتوسطين بلغا (2.4) و(2,5)، وحقق المستوى الثاني (متوسط) ثلاثة أبعاد هي (التعليمي، والشراكة المجتمعية، والتطور التقني والتكنولوجي) بمتوسطات (1,6) و(1,7) و(1,9) على التوالي، وحقق المستوى الثالث (ضعيف) البعد (الاقتصادي) بمتوسط (1.5)، وبهذا فالجامعة بحاجة لاستثمار إمكانياتها اقتصاديا وتحسين وضع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والشراكة المجتمعية مع التوصية بالاهتمام بسرعة تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة. |b The study aims at determining the level of the role of Ibb University in achieving sustainable development dimensions. The objectives of the research were achieved through following the descriptive analytic approach and applying a questionnaire consisting of six axes. The questionnaire represented the dimensions of sustainable development. It included (120) items, each one of them represented one of the elements of the measured dimensions of sustainable development at Ibb University. The questionnaire was applied on a random sample of (100) individuals from the university teachers. The results showed that the general average of the role of the university in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development was (1.9) with an intermediate level. According to the measured dimensions of sustainable development, the results were diverse. The dimensions of (strategic vision and healthy environment) achieved the first level (high) with averages of (2.4) and (2.5) respectively. The second level (intermediate) was achieved by three dimensions: (educational, social partnership and technology and technological development) with averages of (1.6), (1.7) and (1.9) respectively. The third level (weak) was achieved by (the economical dimension) with an average of (1,5). Thus, the university needs to invest its economic potential, improve the status of teaching staff, and improve social partnership with the recommendation to pay attention to achieving the requirements of sustainable development. | ||
