| المستخلص: | تهدف مساهمتنا إلى التحقق من تأثير مستوى إتقان اللغة الفرنسية وحسن سير المهام التحريرية لدى موظفي إدارة الوحدة البريدية بولاية الطارف، عند كتابة المراسلات بالفرنسية. لقد افترضنا أن الصعوبات التي يواجهها ترجع إلى نقص التدريب المحدد على اللغة المذكورة. في هذه المقالة، سوف نقدم نتائج المقابلة التي خلصنا فيها إلى أن هؤلاء الموظفين أوضحوا بشكل صريح الحاجة إلى متابعة التدريب باللغة الفرنسية لهدف محدد (FOS) أجل تحسين مهاراتهم اللغوية. Our contribution aims to verify the effect of the level of language proficiency French on the smooth running of editorial tasks among employees of the management of the postal unit of the wilaya of El Tarf, when writing correspondence in French. We have assumed that the difficulties encountered are due to the lack of specific training in the said language. In this article, we will present the results of the interview in which we concluded that these employees explicitly verbalized a need to follow training in French for specific purposes in order to improve their language skills. Notre contribution a pour but de vérifier l’effet du niveau de maîtrise de la langue française sur le bon déroulement des tâches rédactionnelles chez les employés de la direction de l’unité postale de la wilaya d’El Tarf, lors de la rédaction d’une correspondance en français. Nous avons supposé que les difficultés rencontrées sont dues au manque de formation spécifique dans ladite langue. Dans ce présent article, nous allons présenter les résultats de l’entretien dans lequel nous avons conclu que ces employés ont verbalisé explicitement un besoin de suivre des formations en français sur objectif spécifique afin d’améliorer leur compétence linguistique. |
