| المستخلص: | أن التوسع في استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي أضحي أحد أهم الأولويات الاستراتيجية لمعظم الدول، للاستفادة من هذه التقنيات في تحقيق مكاسب اقتصادية على مستوي القطاعات المختلفة والاقتصاد الكلي، بما يحقق التنمية المستدامة، يصاحب هذه المكاسب بعض من المخاوف التي تتعلق بالتشغيل، واتساع الفجوة بين الدخول في توزيع الدخل والثروة لصالح الدول المتقدمة التي تهيمن على أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وعن واقع الذكاء الاصطناعي في مصر، يمكن القول أن هناك تحسن ملحوظ على مستوي الجاهزية والاستعداد وفقا لما تشير إليه المؤشرات الدولية ذات الصلة بجاهزية الدول في هذا المجال، إلا أن مصر لم تدخل حتي الأن مرحلة الاستخدام الفعلي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في أي من القطاعات، باستثناء بعض الاستخدامات البسيطة، ويعزي ذلك إلى وجود بعض من التحديات التي تواجه مصر على مستوي الاستخدام الفعلي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يتطلب مزيد من الجهود لتعزيز دمج هذه التقنيات في الاستخدام في القطاعات المختلفة. The expansion of the use of artificial intelligence techniques has become one of the most important strategic priorities for most countries, to take advantage of these technologies in achieving economic gains at the level of different sectors and the overall economy, in order to achieve sustainable development, However, there are some negative effects related to employment, and the widening gap between income and wealth distribution in favor of developed countries that dominate artificial intelligence systems, As for the reality of artificial intelligence in Egypt, it can be said that there is a noticeable improvement in the level of readiness and readiness, according to what international indicators related to the readiness of countries in this field indicate. However, Egypt has not yet entered the stage of actual use of artificial intelligence technologies in any of the sectors, with the exception of Some simple uses, and this is due to the presence of some of the challenges facing Egypt at the level of the actual use of artificial intelligence technologies, which requires more efforts to promote the integration of these technologies into use in different sectors. |
